Bianca Kapur is a Senior Associate – Innovation with the Executive Office at WRI India. In her role, she focuses on exploring and implementing new approaches to advance WRI’s mission and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of impactful change.

Before joining WRI India, Bianca worked across organizations such as Oxford Policy Management and Thomson Reuters Foundation, with experience in development project implementation in the public sector. Her work has spanned early childhood education, climate adaptation, and public health.

Bianca holds an undergraduate degree in Earth Sciences with a focus on social innovation and entrepreneurship. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Sustainability, deepening her expertise in environmental challenges and solutions. Her intellectual interests lie in social behavior change communication and its application in sustainability campaigns.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys reading in cafes and brushing up on Spanish, a language she began learning nearly a decade ago.
