Esli Ayeetus is an Associate – Budget Analyst with the Operations team at WRI India, where he supports financial planning, budgeting, and operational analysis for the Sustainable Cities and Transport program.

Before joining WRI India, Esli worked as a Technical Associate to the CMD at a civil engineering firm, contributing to strategic operations and executive planning. He also has experience in the UK banking sector with Lloyds Bank, where he specialized in financial analysis, client servicing, and risk management. These roles equipped him with a strong foundation in financial management and operational strategy.

Esli holds an MBA from Leeds Beckett University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His professional and academic experiences have shaped his interest in public finance, strategic operations, and sustainability-driven development.

Outside of work, Esli enjoys traveling, tinkering with electronics and DIY gadgets, and gardening.
