Garima Agrawal is a Senior Program Manager with the Electric Mobility team at WRI India. She specializes in data-driven research and policy advocacy to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and promote sustainable urban transport. She has successfully managed large-scale electric mobility research projects in collaboration with national and state governments, international organizations, and industry stakeholders. Her expertise spans EV skilling programs, financing of EVs, charging infrastructure and freight electrification. She has authored three EV charging infrastructure guidebooks for the Delhi Government.

Prior to joining WRI India, Garima managed a wide range of research and strategy projects across industries and geographies, covering market analysis, feasibility studies, and financial assessments. Garima holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and a master’s in finance from ICFAI Business School.
