Harshita is a Senior Program Manager, Sustainable Cities and Transport at WRI India. She leads research and programs that examine how mobility systems impact different user groups, especially women and marginalized communities, and works to embed equity, accessibility, and safety into urban mobility through capacity building, dialogue, and data-driven planning. She has also worked on emerging regulations and policies related to tech-led mobility services, and supporting new mobility entrepreneurs through accelerator programs and pilots.

She holds a Master’s degree in Development Policy, Planning and Practice, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.

Outside of work, she dotes on dogs and enjoys outdoor sports and painting.
