Nikita is a Program Associate with the Development team at WRI India. She is responsible for knowledge management and provides administrative support for Development Operations across Corporates, Foundations, Bilateral and Multilateral partners.

With over three years of experience, she has managed client projects involving custom secondary research for various market studies. Her skills include team coordination, data maintenance and documentation of business reports across industries. She also has hands-on experience with Salesforce to manage operational workflows.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Ambedkar University, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Delhi University.

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys sketching, reading a good book and cooking as ways to stay present and motivated.
