Smriti Harsh
Smriti Harsh is the Lead for Strategy and PMEL – Integrated Transport, Clean Air, and Hydrogen at WRI India. She drives impact by embedding MEL principles into project design, proposals and implementation. She strengthens project management by tracking milestones and ensuring strategic alignment. She also facilitates knowledge sharing, provides strategic guidance to leadership, and reviews MEL deliverables. Additionally, she supports long-term program strategies by analyzing progress and generating data-driven insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Smriti has led impact measurement and advisory for NGOs, corporates, and foundations, conducting needs assessments, impact evaluations, and data-driven research. At UNDP India, she developed M&E systems, knowledge management tools, and resource mobilization strategies. Previously, at Sattva Consulting, she institutionalized M&E frameworks, managed program evaluations, and drove business development. Her specialization spans strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making for social impact.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from J.S.S. Academy of Technical Education, Noida. Her academic background combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of rural management, enabling her to drive data-driven strategies and impactful solutions in the social impact and sustainability sectors.
Smriti enjoys playing badminton, competing in local tournaments, and aspires to play in the Masters. She also loves solo bike rides and traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
