The Climate Action Cell (CAC) Bengaluru, in collaboration with WRI India and Sattva Consulting, convened a multi-stakeholder CSR convening on February 6, 2025. The convening brought together city officials, corporate sustainability leaders, and civil society representatives to engage in a dynamic discussion on how CSR funding can be leveraged optimally to support initiatives under BCAP. Bengaluru had launched its own city-level Bengaluru Climate Action and Resilience Plan (BCAP) back in November 2023 under the leadership of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), in partnership with WRI India and C40 Cities.

These conference proceedings provide details of the discussion held, highlighting challenges and opportunities posed by the participants. The convening marked an important step toward mobilizing CSR resources for impactful climate action in Bengaluru by creating a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and potential partnerships.
